Raum Energy Inc. is currently undergoing a round of financing in which it is raising equity to help it facilitate the rapid growth of its business. For the first time in its history, Raum is opening investment opportunities to the public, in the form of Class C Common Shares. Shares can be purchased in dollar volumes ranging from $5,000 and up.

Investment Regulations require that purchasers of private equity investments meet certain criteria; specifically they need to either be 1) friends or family of the founder, or 2) “accredited investors”. Accredited investors must meet criteria similar to the following:

• An individual who, either alone or with a spouse, has financial assets with a net value of $1.0 million or more.
• An individual whose net income before taxes exceeded $200,000 in each of the last two years.
• An individual whose income, when combined with their spouse, exceeded $300,000 in each of the last two years.
• An individual who, either alone or with a spouse, has a net worth of $5.0 million or more.
